The new Government will undoubtedly press for the strongest possible actions to be taken against the individual in what is sure to be a clear message to others contemplating facilitating illegal immigration. The new Conservative / Liberal Democrat Coalition Government has already said that it will introduce an Immigration Cap, address perceived holes in the immigration system (i.e. Tier 4 Student) and take a hard line against illegal immigration.
